This Privacy Policy explains how the Easy Order Android application (the “App”) processes personal data. The App is provided by Kaja Kargol (the “Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Easy Order is designed to minimise data collection. Menu images are processed on the device, and most App data remains locally on your device. The App has no Developer-operated account system, analytics platform, advertising network or proprietary backend server. However, when you request an AI recommendation, reviewed menu text and the relevant taste profile are transmitted to DeepSeek as described below.

No data-protection officer has been appointed because one is not presently required. You may use the email above for privacy questions or to exercise your rights. A service address can be provided where legally required through an appropriate verified request.
Solana Mobile, DeepSeek, Google, Android and your wallet provider may separately process information under their own policies. Solana Mobile expressly states that its device and dApp Store privacy policy does not govern independent third-party dApps such as Easy Order.

The App can access a photo you take with the camera or select through Android's photo picker. Google ML Kit's bundled text-recognition model processes the image on the device. The App does not send the menu image to DeepSeek or to a Developer-operated server.
The recognized menu text is displayed for your review. You can correct it before requesting a recommendation. Only the reviewed text — not the menu image — is included in the AI request.
Photos captured by the App may remain temporarily in the App's private cache until Android or the App removes cached files, or until you clear App storage or uninstall the App.
When you tap the button to generate recommendations, the App sends the following directly from your device to the DeepSeek API over HTTPS:
DeepSeek returns a response that may include dish suggestions, reasons, inferred ingredients, potential allergens, budget information and questions for restaurant staff.
DeepSeek may independently receive technical data inherent in an internet request, such as your IP address and network or request logs. DeepSeek describes its processing, retention and storage practices in the DeepSeek Privacy Policy.
Do not include names, contact details, identification numbers, payment information, account credentials, precise location, medical records or other unnecessary personal data in menu corrections or free-text preference fields.
During first-time setup, the App uses Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter to open a compatible wallet and request Sign In with Solana. The wallet may provide the App with:
The App verifies the message and signature locally. It stores the public wallet address on your device so it can show that setup was completed. The signed message and signature are not intentionally retained after the sign-in operation completes.
The App never requests or stores your seed phrase or private key. It does not initiate a token transfer, payment, trade, staking request or other blockchain transaction as part of sign-in. Your wallet provider processes information under its own privacy policy.

The App currently keeps up to 20 recommendation-history entries. This information is not intentionally transmitted to the Developer.
If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you voluntarily include in order to respond, maintain security, resolve complaints and comply with legal obligations. Do not send seed phrases, private keys or unnecessary sensitive data.

You may refuse or withdraw consent. If you do not consent to sending reviewed menu text and profile information to DeepSeek, you can still use local OCR and review the recognized text, but AI recommendations will not be available.
Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We disclose data only as needed for the following purposes:
DeepSeek receives reviewed menu text and taste-profile data when you request an AI recommendation. DeepSeek may process request and network data to provide, secure and operate its service, subject to its terms and privacy documentation. DeepSeek's current policy states that personal data may be processed and stored in the People's Republic of China.
The App sends a Sign In with Solana request through the local Mobile Wallet Adapter protocol to the compatible wallet you choose. The wallet displays the approval request and returns the public address and signature data. The wallet provider is responsible for its independent processing.
The bundled ML Kit OCR model runs on the device. Android provides camera, photo-picker, local-storage and operating-system functions. Google and the device manufacturer may separately process operating-system or device data under their own policies, but Easy Order does not intentionally send menu images to them for cloud OCR.
Solana Mobile may process installation, store, device or publisher-related information independently under the Solana Mobile Device and dApp Store Privacy Policy. Easy Order does not control that processing.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, lawful government requests or legal process; protect rights and safety; investigate fraud or security incidents; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If the App or its operation is transferred to another responsible party, relevant data and obligations may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
The Developer is located in Poland. Local App data remains on your device unless you use a feature that transmits it.
DeepSeek states that it directly processes and stores data in the People's Republic of China. China is outside the European Economic Area and may not provide a level of legal protection equivalent to the EEA. Access by public authorities, available remedies and enforcement of data-subject rights may differ from those in Poland or your home country.
Where no other valid transfer mechanism is available and applicable law requires it, we rely on your explicit and informed consent to this transfer. You may decline by not using the AI recommendation feature. Contact us if you wish to withdraw consent or request reasonable assistance concerning data already transmitted.
We may retain limited information longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Easy Order does not create a Developer-operated user account. To delete data held locally by the App:
Clearing storage or uninstalling deletes the local taste profile, wallet address, settings, history and cached menu photos from the device, subject to Android backup behaviour controlled by your device or account settings.
Local deletion cannot automatically delete information already transmitted to DeepSeek or held independently by your wallet provider, Android provider or Solana Mobile. You may contact kargolkajadev@proton.me for reasonable assistance with a deletion request. You may also need to contact the relevant third party directly under its privacy policy.

No device, transmission or storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device, Android account and wallet, installing official updates and reviewing wallet approval screens.

Because most data is stored only on your device and is not accessible to the Developer, the fastest way to access, correct or delete it is through the App or Android storage settings. For other requests, email kargolkajadev@proton.me. We may need to verify your identity while requesting only the minimum verification information necessary.
In Poland, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) at uodo.gov.pl. You may also contact the authority in the EEA country where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred.
The App uses automated processing to rank and explain menu options. These outputs do not produce legal or similarly significant effects. They are optional informational suggestions, and you decide whether to act on them.
The App is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly process personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us so we can assess and, where possible, assist with deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services or law. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes will apply prospectively.
